How We Work Together

Children with academic or developmental goals begin with a series of four (4) sessions.

Children with sports or recreational goals begin with a series of two (2) sessions.

Adults with balance, flexibility or rehab related goals begin with a series of two (2) sessions.

The initial work provides tangible changes. Additional sessions will often enable additional benefits. The specific goals for additional sessions should be agreed to in order to determine an optimal spacing of appointments.
